Story Time Matters
Story time with my sons at bedtime is one of my favourite times of the day.
I have their full attention whilst I’m reading to them, snuggled up together. Not only is it quality time together, it’s educational too.
They love one on one time, and I am sure your child does too. Particularly as they get a little older.
I still read with my eight and nine years old. Even my eldest has some reading time every now and then – but mostly he reads to me as he’s running late with a deadline to get his book finished….but that’s a whole other story.
However, you can also do story time with all of your children together and make it a real family event!
