Look After Yourself: Try Yoga
Last week I raced towards a dip. It was the second week of schooling at home, all five of us home 24/7. I am also still trying to shake some bug or another. All in all, I reached a mini breaking point. I think we have all been there recently. Yoga was the surprising answer.
Emptying your own bucket on a regular basis is important, even more important now than ever.

Yoga
So I did some yoga.
And it helped so much.
It was just 15 minutes following an online class. And it served as a reset button.
So that’s my tip for the day. Even if you don’t regularly practice yoga, give it a try.
Take 15 minutes away from everything and use these minutes to recharge, reset and give yourself energy and calm to take on the rest of the day.
I love Dru Yoga and you can follow on Facebook for classes and general well being tips at this difficult time.
