Making mistakes isn’t something a HSC does well. This book by Ashely Spires helps HSCs understand that mistakes are a part of life – and it’s okay to not get it right the first time.

Lots of self-regulation tips in this book to help children take control of big emotions. There are tips for parents and teachers but the book is written for children. There are tips, checklists and simple illustrations to help children take control.
I bought this book because of community recommendations and I haven’t been disappointed!

This is a must read for anyone struggling to understand what being highly sensitive actually means for a child.
