I’ve been one of the quiet ones my whole life. But I am also one of the most observant. I may not be constantly talking but I am constantly listening. My inner world is rich, despite no one being able to see it. I may be quiet but it doesn’t mean I don’t have good ideas.

The Quiet Ones Are Everywhere
The quiet ones – they are all around. You work with them. You are raising them. You are married to them, friends with them. They are the parents of your children’s friends. They are a part of your school classroom. They are your neighbours, the people who deliver your mail and serve you in the supermarket. The quiet ones are everywhere, yet you may not notice them.
Don’t underestimate what the quiet ones can do. Don’t write the quiet ones off. Don’t undervalue the quiet ones. Don’t equate quiet with a lack of ideas. Instead, harness the power of the quiet ones. Learn how to get the best out of the quiet ones in your life.
